With extensive leadership experience spanning human resources, finance, and enterprise transformation, Wren Mitchell is recognized for driving integration, cultural change, and organizational growth.
Her senior leadership roles have included Vice President of HR at Loparex, Head of HR at Parker LORD, and, prior to acquisition, Head of Compliance and Head of Finance at LORD Corporation. Across these positions, Wren has consistently delivered transformative impact. She led a three-year post-acquisition HR integration for 1,000+ employees across 10 countries, aligning culture, systems, and processes to ensure long-term success. She also designed and
launched enterprise-wide initiatives that elevated trust and accountability, embedding employee voice and ethical practices at scale. Wren has strengthened leadership culture and labor relations across multiple sites, mitigating risk and ensuring operational continuity, while driving measurable improvements in engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development. She has spearheaded global initiatives in safety and crisis management and led enterprise system implementations that unified processes and advanced operations and analytics. Most recently, Wren has served as a senior consultant at Vaco, providing HR and Finance consulting services to clients across diverse industries. Wren holds a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. She is a CPA and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP, CCEP-I), with additional certifications in coaching, mediation, and professional development tools that strengthen leadership growth and team effectiveness. She currently serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Eastern North Carolina.
