Morgan Akers, Marketing Specialist
As Marketing Specialist, Morgan is responsible for creating advertising campaigns and targeting the demographic data of their target audience to elevate awareness of the company’s innovative vision, service capabilities, and performance execution within the industry. She leads with a collaborative mindset and a focus on exemplary partnership experience. The creation, editing, optimization, and planning of a company’s content are under Morgan’s scope. She began her career in marketing at Seventh Sense Consulting, where she created social media content to increase followers as well as graphics and marketing collateral for trade exhibitions and conferences. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Wingate University, where she also served as captain of the women’s lacrosse team. Morgan is the recipient of the 2021 Marketing Student of the Year by Wingate University School of Business.
Andre Trudell, Chief Strategy Officer
Andre has over 25 years of financial services and capital markets experience. His background includes private equity, venture capital, investment banking, derivatives, and banking services. He has served in numerous capacities on over 35 boards and led numerous committees for companies and corporations. He brings a strategic focus on lower and middle-market manufacturing, distribution, and business services to the Aeromed team. Proven with Andre’s track record in assisting over 70 companies in achieving their financial goals. Previously Andre held the positions of Managing Partner for SISPE Capital, President and Chairman of the Board of UMB Capital Corporation, and Executive Vice President and Managing Director of UMB Capital Markets.
Mary Graham, Accounting Manager
As Accounting Manager, Mary manages financial operations and oversees financial statements and analysis. She has a deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial management strategies. She examines and authorizes credit card transactions, produces weekly tracking and profitability reports, and provides support to other members of the financial team. Prior to joining Aeromed Group, Mary started her career by interning at LendingTree as an internal control Intern. Then went on as an Accountant for Wingate University Golf Courses, Stonebridge, and Larkin. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in finance, along with a Master of Accounting Degree from Wingate University. Mary is the recipient of the 2022 Wingate MAC Graduate Scholarship by the Wingate University Master of Accounting Program.
Declan Grant, President
As President, Declan brings 20+ years as an accomplished C-Suite executive and board member with a strong background in strategic growth, operational excellence and turnaround experience in both public and private equity settings. Previously served as Chief Commercial Officer and sat on the board at Incora and Wesco Aircraft. He provides strategic leadership to the Aeromed Group with his extensive experience in executive management, M&A, global sales, and marketing. He led the integration of the world’s largest chemical management services company, Haas Group International, and one of the leading global supply chain integrators Wesco Aircraft, growing this merged publicly traded company to over $2B in sales. Declan was pivotal in the investor pitch that led to the successful sale of Wesco Aircraft to Platinum Equity for 11.5X EBITDA. Declan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Dublin City University.
Simone Totti, Chief Commercial Officer
Simone Totti brings 20 years of executive and global business development expertise to the Aeromed Group, previously served with Hitchiner Manufacturing, Wesco Aircraft, L-3 Communications-Aviation Products, Chromalloy, and WGI. With his strategic mindset and vast experience in enhancing companies’ value propositions across all goods and services, Simone focuses on the growth of the Aeromed Group. He is the recipient of the 2019 Salesperson of the Year award by Wesco, succeeding $70M+ in new awards, as well as the 2019 Largest Deal award, surpassing the single largest deal ever awarded to Wesco by a strategic account. Simone earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Univerista’ degli Studi Roma Tre and holds a Master of Science in International Business from ISPI.
Casey Johnston has been promoted to President of etaGLOBAL, a supply chain services, and distribution solutions company serving the aerospace and defense sector.
In his tenure with etaGLOBAL, Casey has held a number of senior management and executive leadership roles in quality, operations, and supply chain management solutions.
Prior to his current appointment, he was Chief Operation Officer of Aeromed Group, a rising private equity firm that specializes in supply chain technology and tail spend solutions for the aerospace and defense sector. Casey oversaw all aspects of the day-to-day administrative functions and business processes, from supply chain management to human resources.
A skilled leader with exceptional problem-solving strategies, Casey ensures complete regulatory compliance and precision in lean tactic implementation and execution. His creativity and initiative allow him to exceed operational performance goals and elevate a company-wide standard of excellence while building on etaGLOBAL’s objective of ensuring the delivery of continuous customer value.

Don Flewell, former Chief Strategy Officer at Aeromed Group, a rising private equity firm specializing in supply chain technology and tail spend solutions for the aerospace and defense industry, has been promoted to President of VirtuTrax.
Travis Christman, a former Data Analyst at Aeromed, who was recently named Director of Development, stands next to him. Together, they have developed Virtutrax, which gives aerospace companies accurate, real-time, and actionable information so they can act swiftly and with confidence for the best supply chain efficiency.
With an extensive background and expertise in the supply chain, product development, start-ups, and marketing, Don excels in adding continuous value to customers, driving the strategic roadmap, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Travis is well-versed in Microsoft Power Automation, and his in-depth knowledge of data management, power bi, and project management skills enable him to streamline complex processes for the benefit of the customer working within the aerospace supply chain.

Don Flewell, President of VirtuTrax
As President of VirtuTrax an Aeromed Group Company, Don leads product management and software design with a focus on accelerating customer-facing innovations. Don is also responsible for establishing and growing business relationships with our integration partners. He cultivates a deep understanding of each organization, its business strategy, and its culture. His extensive marketing and product background are invaluable assets to our business partners and his position at Aeromed Group. Before joining the team, Don held executive marketing positions at Pollock-Orora, SpendBoss, and OMNISOLV. During his personal time, Don enjoys volunteering his talents to performing arts productions.
Casey Johnston, President of etaGLOBAL
Casey Johnston is the President of etaGLOBAL an Aeromed Group Company and greatly contributes to the success of the company’s operational and quality management solutions. As a skilled problem-solver, Casey ensures complete regulatory compliance and excellence in lean tactic implementation. His creativity and initiative ensure customer satisfaction while exceeding goals in all areas of operation. Casey has served in operational leadership roles in the aerospace and defense industry for more than 10 years. When he is not working, Casey spends time enjoying the great outdoors with his family in Texas.
Griff Parrish, Vice President of Supply Chain
Griff leads the Aeromed Group Supply Chain team, which is responsible for driving cost and sourcing initiatives and advancing the company’s mission to guarantee the delivery of continuous value and an exceptional experience for our partner suppliers and customers alike. With more than 9 years of proven supply chain and leadership experience in the aviation and aerospace supply chain industry, he comes to Aeromed Group having held various positions of increasing responsibility at organizations such as Gulfstream Aerospace, HAECO Americas, and Triumph Group where he served as the Procurement Manager. Griff obtained his MBA in addition to his history degree from Georgia Southern University. He enjoys playing golf and soccer in his spare time, as well as spending time outdoors with his family.
Bob Spence, Chairman & CEO
As Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Bob Spence brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience to the Aeromed Group. He brings fresh insight to the aerospace and defense industry after spending decades developing impactful technology innovations and supply-chain solutions for innovative businesses. As a veteran of the Marine Corps and a marathon runner, Bob Spence has developed invaluable character traits that strongly influence his professional life. His stamina, self-discipline, and deep confidence have driven him to embrace challenges and found several successful companies, such as OMNISOLV, SpendBoss, and in early 2020, Aeromed Group. Outside of work, Bob spends his time relaxing with a good book while enjoying some specially selected wine from his private collection.
Courtney Lalone, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Courtney brings 20 years of finance experience to the Aeromed Group leadership team. With a broad financial skill set and rich experience in corporate growth, Courtney delivers value by ensuring that the Aeromed Group financial agenda aligns with, shapes, and delivers on our corporate strategy. Prior to joining Aeromed Group, Courtney held leadership, principal, and partnership roles with firms Bernard Robinson & Company and LBA Haynes Strand, PLLC. Courtney was a principal with Bernard Robinson & Company with responsibilities for growing, developing, and overseeing the assurance practice in the Charlotte, NC area. At LBA Haynes Strand, PLLC, he was an Owner/Assurance Partner responsible for the firm’s audit practice growth. Courtney graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. In addition to being licensed as a CPA in North Carolina, He also holds a CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) designation.
Jacquie Ward, Director of Private Investments at UMB Family Wealth
Jacquie Ward brings Aeromed Group top-level financial management experience. She is currently the Vice President of UMB Family Wealth, a dedicated division of UMB delivering entrepreneurial investment strategies, sophisticated tax planning, and generational wealth guidance to families with significant wealth. Ms. Ward sits on the board for Jackson County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and the board for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) where she received the 2021 Edward Stacy Crumm Distinguished Service Award. She is also the 2019 recipient of the UMB Leadership Award. Ms. Ward is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management and a Certificate in Integrated Investment Management. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, and International Business from the University of Missouri-KC.
Jeff Moser, Ret. Principal at Golden Capital Management, LLC
Jeff Moser is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in leading business initiatives and achieving growth objectives. With over 35 years of experience in financial services and entrepreneurial business operations, Mr. Moser brings a diverse skillset to the Aeromed Group Board of Directors. Among his past roles, he was COO, Portfolio Manager, and Co-Founder of Golden Capital Management, an investment management firm offering portfolio management, financial planning, and investment advisory services. As a principal executive, Mr. Moser played an instrumental role in growing the company from de novo startup to $10 Billion under management before exit; the company sold to its largest customer, Wells Fargo. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Wake Forest University.
General James Amos, Former Marine Corps Commandant
General James F. Amos, USMC (Ret.) and former Chairman of the LORD Corporation Board of Directors, has joined the Aeromed Group Board of Directors. General Amos recently served as the 35th Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring in 2014, after 42 years of active service. He is the first Marine Corps aviator to serve as Commandant. General Amos currently serves as a strategic advisor to the President of ST Engineering – North America, a member of the President of Huntington Ingalls Shipbuilding Strategic Advisory Panel, a member of NOVANT Health’s Board of Trustees, a member of the Board of Advisors for the Jewish Institute for National Security in America (JINSA), a member of Charlotte’s Veterans Bridge Home Advisory Board, as well as Founder of Windsock LLC. General Amos previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Semper Fi Fund/America’s Fund.
Erskine Bowles, Former White House Chief of Staff
Erskine Bowles served as the Director of the Small Business Administration, Deputy Chief of Staff (1994-95), and Chief of Staff (1996-98) under the Clinton Administration. He served as President of the University of North Carolina system from 2006 until 2010. Most recently, he was appointed by President Barack Obama to serve as co-chair of the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform with fellow CRFB board member Senator Alan Simpson. Mr. Bowles has served as a board member for some of the world’s leading companies, including General Motors, Morgan Stanley, Norfolk Southern Corporation, and Facebook. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business and began his business career at Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York. He later returned home to North Carolina, where he founded and served as chairman and CEO of a Charlotte-based investment banking firm.
