Ed Auslander is an accomplished executive leader with extensive expertise in globally implementing enterprise and cultural transformation, inspiring entrepreneurship and innovation, mentoring high-performance teams, striving for commercial excellence, enabling growth strategies, and driving operational excellence to achieve sustained profitable growth. He served 6 years as CEO and Board Director at LORD Corporation, leading its sale to Parker Hannifin. Ed currently serves as an operating advisor for Blackstone’s Private Equity Group and a board director for SPX FLOW and Carlisle Fluid Technologies. He previously served on the Aerospace Industries Association Executive Committee, Naval Aviation Museum Foundation Board of Trustees, LORD Foundation Board of Directors, and Penn State Behrend Council of Fellows. A University of Chicago Executive Program graduate and Penn State University Fellow, he is a recognized global leader in the aerospace, defense, industrial, automotive, and specialty material/chemical industries. His deep industry knowledge and strategic vision will help steer Aeromed toward continued success.
Griff leads the Aeromed Group Supply Chain team, which is responsible for driving cost and sourcing initiatives and advancing the company’s mission to guarantee the delivery of continuous value and an exceptional experience for our partner suppliers and customers alike. With more than 9 years of proven supply chain and leadership experience in the aviation and aerospace supply chain industry, he comes to Aeromed Group having held various positions of increasing responsibility at organizations such as Gulfstream Aerospace, HAECO Americas, and Triumph Group where he served as the Procurement Manager. Griff obtained his MBA in addition to his history degree from Georgia Southern University. He enjoys playing golf and soccer in his spare time, as well as spending time outdoors with his family.
John Luddy is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in both industry and government, specializing in defense, aerospace, and national security policy. Previously, John served as Vice President of National Security Policy at the Aerospace Industries Association, where he led major initiatives to improve the strength and resilience of the defense industrial base. As President of Vector Strategies LLC, he leverages his deep expertise in government relations, strategy development, and policy execution to drive impactful results for his clients. A highly effective communicator and team builder, John is known for his ability to navigate complex political landscapes, establish consensus, and lead high-level policy advocacy efforts. His diverse background also includes leadership roles at Aerojet Rocketdyne, in the Department of Defense and in the U.S. Senate, as well as military service as a Marine Corps infantry officer.[/
General James F. Amos, USMC (Ret.) and former Chairman of the LORD Corporation Board of Directors, has joined the Aeromed Group Board of Directors. General Amos recently served as the 35th Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring in 2014, after 42 years of active service. He is the first Marine Corps aviator to serve as Commandant. General Amos currently serves as a strategic advisor to the President of ST Engineering – North America, a member of the President of Huntington Ingalls Shipbuilding Strategic Advisory Panel, a member of NOVANT Health’s Board of Trustees, a member of the Board of Advisors for the Jewish Institute for National Security in America (JINSA), a member of Charlotte’s Veterans Bridge Home Advisory Board, as well as Founder of Windsock LLC. General Amos previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Semper Fi Fund/America’s Fund.
Mohamed Denden is a seasoned executive with an MBA, CPA, and extensive international experience, currently serving as CFO of Airbus US Space & Defense, Inc. Over his 15+ years at Airbus, he has held pivotal roles, including Head of Procurement for Airbus Americas and VP of Investor Relations, managing finance, procurement, and strategic initiatives like FP&A, M&A, audit, and controllership. Fluent in English, Arabic, French, and Spanish, Mohamed’s multilingual proficiency enhances his ability to navigate complex global markets and foster cross-border collaboration. His career also includes leadership roles at Deloitte, DRS Technologies, and Lockheed Martin.
Robert Hastings is a seasoned public affairs, communications, and marketing executive with over 40 years of experience spanning military, government, and industry. As Principal of Robert Hastings & Associates, he leads a consultancy focused on leadership, strategy, and communications for aerospace, defense, and advanced air mobility sectors. Hastings has held senior roles at the Pentagon as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, EVP of Marketing & Communications at Bell Flight, and in executive positions at Northrop Grumman and BAE Systems. He also served as a General Officer in the Texas State Guard culminating more than 40 years active and reserve military service. He brings a unique blend of expertise in C-Suite strategy, strategic communications, and government affairs, with a proven track record of aligning business strategy, shaping information environments, and driving performance.
Tedd Carew is a seasoned executive with a strong background in private equity, specializing in executing and integrating mergers and acquisitions, raising debt and equity capital, and developing long-term strategic growth plans for private businesses. Tedd brings his expertise to Aeromed as a minority shareholder on behalf of UMB Capital Corporation. Currently, he serves as President of UMB Capital Corporation and Director of UMB Private Investments, where he oversees more than $100 million in invested assets. In addition to his leadership roles, Tedd actively sits on the Board of Directors of seven privately owned businesses in manufacturing, distribution, and select other industries. Prior to his current roles, he gained valuable experience at a family office investment firm, a middle-market private equity fund, and a boutique sell-side investment banking advisory firm. Tedd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Texas Christian University.
With over 30 years of extensive experience in distribution, manufacturing, and aerospace, Chris Boyer brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to his new role. Before joining the company, Chris co-founded and served as Managing Partner of HB Aerospace, spearheading strategic direction, business development, operations, finance, team leadership, client relations, regulatory compliance, and risk management within the aerospace and defense sectors. His career also includes holding various global leadership positions at Honeywell Aerospace, and Rogers Corporation, highlighting his diverse background and a profound understanding of the industry. Chris’s proven track record and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable addition to the Aeromed Group team. He earned his MBA in Marketing from the prestigious University of Connecticut School of Business and his BA in English from the University of Lynchburg.
Jacquie Ward brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of driving corporate growth to her role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Aeromed Group. With extensive experience in strategic acquisitions and corporate growth initiatives, she has a background in completing both standalone and platform-style investments. Prior to Aeromed, she was the Director of Private Investments at UMB Financial Corporation, where she managed private investment funds and advised on strategy and growth for portfolio companies. Jacquie currently sits on the boards of Jackson County CASA, Charlotte House Organization, and the Association for Corporate Growth, receiving the 2021 Edward Stacy Crumm Distinguished Service Award. She also received the UMB Leadership Award in 2019 and was named one of Kansas City’s 2024 NextGen leaders. Jacquie holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kansas State University, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
As Accounting Manager, Mary manages financial operations and oversees financial statements and analysis. She has a deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial management strategies. She examines and authorizes credit card transactions, produces weekly tracking and profitability reports, and provides support to other members of the financial team. Prior to joining Aeromed Group, Mary started her career by interning at LendingTree as an internal control Intern. Then went on as an Accountant for Wingate University Golf Courses, Stonebridge, and Larkin. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in finance, along with a Master of Accounting Degree from Wingate University. Mary is the recipient of the 2022 Wingate MAC Graduate Scholarship by the Wingate University Master of Accounting Program.
As Aeromed Group’s Executive Director of Strategic Sourcing, Todd Sider leads the company’s strategic sourcing efforts with over 30 years of experience in the aerospace and commercial fastener markets. He is renowned for his expertise in supply chain management and sourcing strategies, recently earning certification as a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from The Institute of Supply Chain Management. Previously, Todd held pivotal leadership roles at Noble and Apollo Aerospace Components, fostering strategic partnerships and delivering significant outcomes. His appointment underscores Aeromed Group’s dedication to advancing sourcing initiatives for continued success in the aerospace sector.
As Director of Marketing, Morgan is responsible for creating advertising campaigns and targeting the demographic data of their target audience to elevate awareness of the company’s innovative vision, service capabilities, and performance execution within the industry. She leads with a collaborative mindset and a focus on exemplary partnership experience. The creation, editing, optimization, and planning of a company’s content are under Morgan’s scope. She began her career in marketing at Seventh Sense Consulting, where she created social media content to increase followers as well as graphics and marketing collateral for trade exhibitions and conferences. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Wingate University, where she also served as captain of the women’s lacrosse team. Morgan is the recipient of the 2021 Marketing Student of the Year by Wingate University School of Business.
Andre has over 25 years of financial services and capital markets experience. His background includes private equity, venture capital, investment banking, derivatives, and banking services. He has served in numerous capacities on over 35 boards and led numerous committees for companies and corporations. He brings a strategic focus on lower and middle-market manufacturing, distribution, and business services to the Aeromed team. Proven with Andre’s track record in assisting over 70 companies in achieving their financial goals. Previously Andre held the positions of Managing Partner for SISPE Capital, President and Chairman of the Board of UMB Capital Corporation, and Executive Vice President and Managing Director of UMB Capital Markets.
As President, Declan brings 20+ years as an accomplished C-Suite executive and board member with a strong background in strategic growth, operational excellence and turnaround experience in both public and private equity settings. Previously served as Chief Commercial Officer and sat on the board at Incora and Wesco Aircraft. He provides strategic leadership to the Aeromed Group with his extensive experience in executive management, M&A, global sales, and marketing. He led the integration of the world’s largest chemical management services company, Haas Group International, and one of the leading global supply chain integrators Wesco Aircraft, growing this merged publicly traded company to over $2B in sales. Declan was pivotal in the investor pitch that led to the successful sale of Wesco Aircraft to Platinum Equity for 11.5X EBITDA. Declan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Dublin City University.
As Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Bob Spence brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience to the Aeromed Group. He brings fresh insight to the aerospace and defense industry after spending decades developing impactful technology innovations and supply-chain solutions for innovative businesses. As a veteran of the Marine Corps and a marathon runner, Bob Spence has developed invaluable character traits that strongly influence his professional life. His stamina, self-discipline, and deep confidence have driven him to embrace challenges and found several successful companies, such as OMNISOLV, SpendBoss, and in early 2020, Aeromed Group. Outside of work, Bob spends his time relaxing with a good book while enjoying some specially selected wine from his private collection.
Jeff Moser is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in leading business initiatives and achieving growth objectives. With over 35 years of experience in financial services and entrepreneurial business operations, Mr. Moser brings a diverse skillset to the Aeromed Group Board of Directors. Among his past roles, he was COO, Portfolio Manager, and Co-Founder of Golden Capital Management, an investment management firm offering portfolio management, financial planning, and investment advisory services. As a principal executive, Mr. Moser played an instrumental role in growing the company from de novo startup to $10 Billion under management before exit; the company sold to its largest customer, Wells Fargo. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Wake Forest University.

Erskine Bowles served as the Director of the Small Business Administration, Deputy Chief of Staff (1994-95), and Chief of Staff (1996-98) under the Clinton Administration. He served as President of the University of North Carolina system from 2006 until 2010. Most recently, he was appointed by President Barack Obama to serve as co-chair of the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform with fellow CRFB board member Senator Alan Simpson. Mr. Bowles has served as a board member for some of the world’s leading companies, including General Motors, Morgan Stanley, Norfolk Southern Corporation, and Facebook. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business and began his business career at Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York. He later returned home to North Carolina, where he founded and served as chairman and CEO of a Charlotte-based investment banking firm.
